About AnyPS5 Guide
AnyPS5 Guide (anyps05.online) is an informational website about AnyPS5 — the open-source project that converts PlayStation 5 executables into native PC binaries. Let's be clear up front, because most coverage gets this wrong: AnyPS5 is not an emulator. It doesn't pretend to be a PlayStation 5. Its relinker rewrites a PS5 program so Windows or Linux can run it directly, replacing Sony's system libraries with its own compatible implementations. That works because the PS5 uses the same AMD x86-64 architecture as most gaming PCs.
What we cover
We publish honest, hype-free guides: what the relinker technique actually is and how it differs from emulation projects like SharpEmu or KytyPS5, the real compatibility status (as of our latest update, exactly one indie game is verified playable — we name it and link the project's own list), system requirements, and what would have to happen before this matters for bigger games. Every download pointer leads to the official GitHub repository. We never host builds, game files, firmware, or decryption keys, and we never will.
Who this site is for
For technically curious readers who keep seeing viral "PS5 games on PC!" headlines and want to know what's real. If you want the unvarnished state of the project — no fake download buttons, no "GTA 6 on PC" promises — this is the site.
Our honesty policy
This space attracts scams: fake AnyPS5 installers laced with malware are already circulating. We counter that by sticking strictly to what the project publicly demonstrates. When we mention third-party claims, we label them as unconfirmed. When something isn't known, we say so. If a guide becomes outdated, the community discussions usually catch it first.
